Shipping and returns ships everything via MyParcel, Post NL and DHL. Is there something you don’t like and would you like to return it? You can then return it to us and we will refund your purchase price. After receiving the items, we will sort them and refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days. Below you can read how it works.

We send all our orders by parcel post with a track & trace code so that we can offer the best possible service!

There are currently no shipping costs.

Delivery If you are on working days

order and pay before 23:59, you will receive your order within 2 to 5 working days. You can track your order via Track & Trace. The parcels are delivered in the Netherlands by Post NL.

We deliver no less than six days a week, Monday to Saturday. If you order at the weekend, your order will be delivered on Tuesday. Please note that orders are not processed or delivered on public holidays.

Cancel or change your
Order Unfortunately, this is no longer possible once payment has been completed, as parcels are processed and handed over to our carrier almost immediately afterwards.

Still not completely satisfied with the item? Can happen. You can register a return with us by email or log in to the website up to 30 days after receipt, after which you have 14 days to return the order. Always check first whether it can be returned (see the question below “What can you return?”).

What can you give back?
Your purchase is subject to a statutory warranty. This means that you can reasonably assess whether the product meets your requirements by, for example, opening the top of the packaging properly and feeling the fabric (without completely removing the item from the packaging). However, you are liable for any reduction in value of the items as a result of use that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items.

Please note: We check every return, in a number of cases we cannot (fully) credit the purchase amount:- Items that have been received for more than 30 days- Used, damaged, incomplete items (unless there is a manufacturing defect)- Missing or damaged packaging


  • The product is unused and undamaged.
  • Returns can be made up to 14 days after purchase without giving reasons.
  • Add the purchase invoice and/or email communication to the items.
